Sunrise Villas is a secluded complex of six villas on the hills overlooking the bay of Nessebar. Perched on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the Black Sea, Sunrise Villas are the perfect place to enjoy all the peace and tranquility that Bulgaria has to offer. Yet,being less than 3 kmsfrom the resort of Sunny Beach,they also provide easy access to all the vibrancy of one of the largest resorts onthe Black Sea. 
Each villa has been designed so that both inside and out you canenjoy the incredible views across the bay to the ancient port city of Nessebar, a beautiful 3000 year old city designated as a World Heritage site. The design of each villa has been inspired by traditional Bulgarian architecture yet updated to accommodate modern lifestyles. Traditional local building materials, such as stone walls and wooden cladding, are blended with modern elements such as large picture windows and open-plan living areas. Each villa hasfour double bedrooms,two with en-suite bathrooms, and comes fully furnished. 
Internal measurements are 164 square meters. All of the villas have a private front and back garden, as well as a private outdoor pool.Full-service contracts are offered to owners so that each has the peace of mind that their villa is not only maintained and secure in their absence, butalso clean and ready when they, their friends or renters arrive.

Method one: 50% on contract; 50% on notary deeds
 
Method two: 30% on contract; 70% on notary deeds
 
Method three: 30% on signing; 70% mortgage deeds
